Home, the four tracks, what needs you and the emails you get.
- How to track your company's formationSign in and open Home. It shows four tracks with a date on each finished step, puts anything that needs you at the top, and we email you when something needs you.
- What the four tracks on Home meanHome shows four tracks: State filing, Tax ID (EIN), Signature form and Registered agent. Each has a badge, and a track counts as done only after our team checks the proof.
- What Needs you means, and how to act on itNeeds you is the block at the top of Home with anything only you can do, such as signing a form or choosing new names. Each row has a button that takes you to the task.
- Why our team checks your order before it's placedEvery order is checked by a person on our team before it goes to our formation partner. If something needs fixing, we send it back to you with the reason.
- What happens if the state rejects your company nameThe state tries your three names in order. If it rejects all of them, Home asks you to choose new names, and we email you. Your new names then go to our formation partner.
