What Needs you means, and how to act on it
Needs you is the block at the top of Home with anything only you can do, such as signing a form or choosing new names. Each row has a button that takes you to the task.
When something is waiting for you, Home shows a block titled Needs you at the top. When nothing is, the block is titled With our team.

Rows that are with our team
These carry a With our team badge and a Get help button. Nothing is needed from you unless the row says so:
- Checking your details: we're checking your details before filing.
- Our team is following up with our formation partner.
- Something needs attention: our team is on it and will ask here if anything is needed from you.
- Your order is on hold: read the sentence. Sometimes nothing is needed yet; sometimes it asks you to get in touch.
For teammates
Teammates see the same rows. For signing, new names, details and payment they see "The account owner does this one." Teammates can reply to our team's requests.
