Your company page, documents, uploads and versions.
- Where to find your company documentsAll your company papers are in Documents in the app: your certificate, the IRS tax ID letter, your operating agreement or bylaws, and your receipt. Each appears once our team has checked it.
- Why a document isn't showing yetA formation paper appears in Documents only after it has arrived and our team has checked its step. Until then, the empty slot tells you where it is.
- How to upload and replace your own documentsOnce your company is formed, the account owner can upload PDF, PNG or JPEG files up to 25 MB to Documents, and replace them later. Earlier versions stay in the history.
- How to report a problem with a document or company detailOpen the document or your company page and select the tell-your-team button. Describe what looks wrong, and our team sees it on your company record and answers there.
- What's on your company pageCompany shows your company's official record in tabs: Overview, Addresses, Registrations, Officers and How it was formed. Nothing on it is editable; tabs appear as they fill in.
