What's on your company page

Select Company in the sidebar to see your company's record. Nothing on it is editable. Each tab appears once it has something in it.

Overview

• Company details: legal name, company type, state of formation and Formed on. While forming, the card shows Locked while forming. Once formed, it shows The state's record.
• About the business: the industry and what the company does, from your order.
• Your main number: Verified or Not verified. Only the account owner sees it.

Addresses

• Business address: where the company is, on public records.
• Mailing address: where post for the company goes.
• Registered agent: receives legal and state notices for your company in your state. It shows Active or Being appointed.

Registrations

Appears once a registration is done.

• Your formation or incorporation in your state, with its status, file number and a link to the proof.
• Federal tax ID (EIN), shown with its last four digits. The account owner can copy the full number.

Officers

Called Members for an LLC, or Officers and shareholders for a C-Corp. It lists each person, their roles and how much they own.

How it was formed

Appears once the state filing is done. It lists the state and date formed, file number, tax ID and registered agent, with a dated Who did what line for each step.
