Company details, phone check, review and authorization.
- What to do after you payAfter payment you add your company details in the app: owners, roles (C-Corp only), tax ID, address and phone, then review and sign. Your order goes to our team only after you submit.
- How to add owners and ownershipOn the Owners step, fill in one card per owner with their legal name, email, US-person answer and home address. LLC percentages must total exactly 100; C-Corp owners get shares.
- How to set officers, directors and shares (C-Corp)On the Roles step, pick a President, Secretary and Treasurer and at least one Director. One person can hold every role. Most startups keep the default shares and par value.
- How to set your company address and confirm your phoneChoose your registered agent's address or your own for the company, then confirm your main phone number with a code we text you. You can't continue until your phone is confirmed.
- I didn't get the text code for my phoneCheck the number, then select Send a new code. If texts still don't arrive, choose Call me instead, or select Get help and our team can confirm your number by hand.
- How to review, authorize and submit your orderRead every line on the Review step and tick each one, then type your full legal name to sign the filing authorization and select Submit. Nothing is filed before you submit.
