What to do after you pay
After payment you add your company details in the app: owners, roles (C-Corp only), tax ID, address and phone, then review and sign. Your order goes to our team only after you submit.
Payment is not the last step. Your order goes to our formation partner only after you add your company details and submit them.
Before you start
Only the account owner who placed the order can fill in the company details. Have each owner's legal name (as on their passport), email and home address ready.
The steps
The page is called Your company details. Each step shows Step N of M.
- Owners: everyone who owns part of the company. See How to add owners and ownership

- Review: you check every line and tick it.
- Authorize and submit: you type your legal name to sign the filing authorization. See How to review, authorize and submit your order

Your answers are saved as you type. To continue, open Home and select Continue on the Finish your company details row. You can switch device and pick up where you left off.
What happens next
When you submit, you'll see "Your order is in." Our team checks your details, then places the order with our formation partner, who files with your state. Home follows each step. See How to track your company's formation.
