How to pay for your order
On the Checkout step, review your order and select Continue to payment. You pay on our payment processor's secure page, in US dollars. If you leave or the payment fails, your order is saved.

Before you start
You need an account with a confirmed email. On our website you create your password and confirm your email after selecting Continue to payment.
Steps
- Check the order summary: the Company formation plan, any add-ons, the state filing fee line for your state, and Total today.
- Check the Your answers card: company, formation state, names in order, industry, owners, whether the main owner has an SSN, and the street-address answer.
- Select Continue to payment. By continuing you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Pay on the secure payment page. Prices are in US dollars.
- When you see Payment received, select Continue to owner details.
Our payment processor, Stripe, handles your full card number. We never see or store it.
If something goes wrong
- You left before paying. You'll see "Your payment isn't finished". Nothing has been charged and nothing has been sent to our formation partner. Select Resume payment on Home when you're ready.
- Your payment didn't go through. Nothing was charged. Your order is saved, so select Try payment again with the same card or another one.
- Checkout isn't available right now. Nothing was charged. Try again later.
- Prices were updated since this page loaded. Check the total and try again.
