How to create your account
Create your account with your name, email and a password of at least 8 characters, then confirm your email with the 6-digit code we send. Most founders do this on the Account step before checkout.

Your account keeps your order and its status in one place. You can create it while you set up your company, or on its own.
While you set up your company
On our website, the Account step asks for your Legal first name, Legal last name, mobile number and Email. Use your legal name, as on your passport. You don't choose a password yet: you create it and confirm your email after you select Continue to payment.
In the app, the Account step has two tabs: Create an account and I have an account. Create an account asks for the same details plus Create a password.
On its own
- Go to the sign-up page, Create an account.
- Enter Your name, Email and Create a password. Use at least 8 characters.
- Select Create account.
- Check your email for a 6-digit code. The subject reads "is your Incorpify code".
- Enter the code on Check your email. If asked, enter the password you chose when you signed up.
A code on its own never confirms an account. It takes the code and your password.
If you already have an account
Signing up again with the same email doesn't create a second account. We email you a sign-in code instead, and the screen notes: "If you already have an account with this email, the code we sent signs you in."
If you signed up but never confirmed
If you sign up again with an email that isn't confirmed yet, the sign-up starts over. Your new name and password replace the old ones, and only the new code works.
